Ruggiero Real Estate was founded, but only for a few select clients and friends. My main client was Better Path Homes, a mid-sized builder here in the Charlotte region. Together, we successfully brought new and existing homes to market, ensuring that each property met the highest standards.
With a background in engineering, I began my career at Bowman Real Estate under the guidance of Michael Bowman. During my time there, I successfully navigated nearly 500 transactions, including numerous deals for a large hedge. This experience has equipped me with invaluable knowledge about investing in the Charlotte real estate market. I'm excited to leverage this expertise to help clients achieve their goals.
